Appointment under the typhoon signal
When the Hong Kong Observatory is going to hoist the typhoon signal No.8, and your appointment time is 1.5 hours or less before the proposed hoisting time, please do not come for your appointment. For example, your appointment time is 11:00am, and the observatory has annouced the signal No.8 is going to be hoisted on or before 12:30, then please do not come for your appointment.
When signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, clinic will be closed and please do not come for your appointment.
When the observatory cancelled signal No.8, and your appointment time is 2 hours or less after the cancellation time, please do not come for your appointment.
For example, your appointment time is 4:30pm, and the observatory cancelled signal No.8 on or after 2:30pm, please do not come for your appointment.
Except the above situations, you still have to pay for the treatment fee for your absence. Please call us for more information about the arrangement of appointment if you have any problem.
*If client requires treatment session beyond the regular clinic opening hour, all sessions will be charged according to the basic charge, no privilege or other discount will be given.
**We only accept cash for your treatment fee payment, however you may choose to pay in cash/cheque/bank tranfer for your package purchase.
Clients Reminders
Please dress on comfortable and loose clothing in therapy session
Please do not take painkiller in less than 4 hours before treatment or assessment accuracy will be a affected
Please have enough sleep the night before coming for treatment, good vitality is essential for good therapeutic effect
Please arrive our clinic 10 minutes before your booking time, so that you can rest and clam yourself down first
Don't hestitate to contact us if you experience any discomfort after the treatment
Drink lots of water after the treatment, this help remove wastes from your body
Have some gentle activities such as walking for 30 minutes after the treatment because this can promote blood circulation and help self adjustment
If you want to change or cancel your appointment, please kindly give us at least 24 hours notice through phone call, sms or voice mail. Unless emergency comes up or you can provide a good reason, you will be fully charged for the time reserved by payment or package deduction. Clients who fail to pay will not be accepted for next appointment. Thanks for your consideration
